Transferring Calls Directly to the Execu-

tive

(only in an executive/secretary team)

Normally, audible signaling of all calls for the executive is heard only

in the secretary’s office.

You can activate audible signaling so that calls are only signaled on

the executive telephone and on a second telephone assigned to it.

Prerequisite: On your phone there is a sensor key programmed with

the function "Ring Transfer". The default label is "Ring xfer“.

Activating:

S Press the "Ring xfer" key. The LED lights up.

or

N Press the key shown.

Select and confirm.

S Press the required line key.

or

j Enter the number of the trunk key you wish to use.

Deactivating:

R Press the "Ring xfer" key. The LED goes out.

or

N Press the key shown.

Select and confirm.

S Press the required line key.

or

j Enter the number of the trunk key you wish to use.

Ring Transfer: On

Ring Transfer: Off
